Return Policy

At EROTII, we prioritize hygiene and safety due to the intimate nature of our products. Therefore, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective. or incorrect, please contact our Customer Service Team within 30 days of delivery. We'll review the issue and help arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. If your item remains unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility:

✔ The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original, sealed packaging.
✔ The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
✔ The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items:

✘ Opened, used, or damaged items.
✘ Items not in their original sealed packaging.
✘ Clearance or final sale items.

How To Initiate A Return

To initiate a return, please message our Customer Service Team through our Contact Us form with your order number, email address, and issue description. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.

Upon processing, we promptly refund the cost of the returned merchandise. You will receive an email confirmation once the return is finalized. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If applied to your credit card, note that your credit card company may take up to an additional 10 business days to post the refund to your account.

Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for us to receive and process your return. If you have any inquiries about the status of your return, you can request an update by contacting us through our Contact Us form.
